About Beejel Parmar
Founder, BeeEPiC Outsourcing
After reading the book ‘The 4-Hour Work Week’, Beejel Parmar, hired 3 Virtual Assistants and started his first VA business. Several weeks later, he started working with a call center, and over the next 10 years helped grow that business from 100 to over 500 VAs.
In 2019, he started his 3rd VA business, this time pioneering a unique no markup fee home-based VA model. Today, clients around the world delegate their busy work to his team of Ai trained busy bee Virtual Assistants.
Audiences globally have been entertained by his costumed presentations and inspired by the story of how Beejel and his family had to leave the US in 2010, and how they embarked on a 5-year travel-work global schooling adventure. To date, Beejel has spoken on stage in 8 countries and is asked to speak at workshops, masterminds, and networking groups.
Ai Trained Virtual Assistants
Our VAs go through an internal Ai competency training program. We also run in-person professional training events and social events for our community of home-based vetted VAs.
In Oct 2023, we conducted an experiential Ai training for our team in Davao based on a Harry Potter theme.
The pre-training day assignment was to take the Hogwarts house color test, create an Ai image of a character in their unique house colors, do a faceswap, record their voice or create an Ai generated voice and create a talking character introducing themselves to the school of M.Ai.G.I.C.A.L. Outsourcing.
During the training day, they were split into teams by house color and given a series of assignments using Ai, such as creating a Harry Potter movie concept, creating SM posts, images, and a PR release to promote the movie. In addition to a series of team building games and training on how to better work with clients and how to improve themselves as Virtual Assistants.
Our community-based approach, with ongoing online and in-person training, and social events, combined with our vetting and home-based direct hire VAs is both a disruptor model AND ensures clients pay less and VAs make more.
